By installing or using the Strong 8K app ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Strong 8K is a media player. It plays live and on‑demand content from an IPTV/provider account that you supply. We do not host, provide, curate, or sell any TV channels, films, or other media content, and we are not responsible for the content, availability, or legality of any provider or stream you connect to.
You are responsible for obtaining a valid provider account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must have the right to access any content you play through the App.
You agree not to use the App to access, distribute, or store content you are not legally entitled to; to infringe intellectual‑property rights; to reverse‑engineer, resell, or tamper with the App except as permitted by law; or to use it for any unlawful purpose.
We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable licence to use the App for its intended purpose. All rights in the App and its branding remain with aromastore.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The App may display public title metadata and artwork from third parties (for example The Movie Database). Such content belongs to its respective owners and is provided "as is". Provider streams are delivered by your provider, not by us.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or compatible with every device or provider.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, aromastore will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any content accessed through a provider account, arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms or discontinue the App at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules.
